Was long and complicated, they didn't communicate quickly. You just need to be persistant, they were always polite tho. You have to have an interview with the CEO before which was weird.

What I did that was creative out of the workplace.
I applied online. I interviewed at Powtoon in Aug 2024
Interview
After investing three months in a multi-round interview process, including a final 2.5-hour interview, I received a generic, pre-made rejection email. For such a lengthy and involved process, the bare minimum would have been some feedback and a respectful, personalized response. It’s a stark reminder that, even after being among the final candidates and sticking with them through a complex process, some companies still view candidates as mere entries in a pipeline. Disappointing in the short term, but perhaps it’s for the best not to work with a company that shows so little regard for people’s time and effort.

I had a phone interview and they didn’t really have any questions for me. It was really awkward. While the email process to set up was easy and friendly, the phone conversation was rude and forced
