Long drawn out and chaotic process
The talent contact left the company after initial screening call with no one informing me of a new point of contact - the discussion only progressed as I had to take ownership of progressing to a conclusion
The most senior member of staff appeared to be inconvenienced when joining the interview
Little personality or warmth comes through
