It was a relax setting.(2.5yrs ago) Questionnaire was handed over and asked to be filled up. The MD marked the papers in front of me. Now I think it was done by a panel of managers. Your thoughts need to be more sales oriented and supportive to be more successful. (Even if you are applying for technical job)
