There were five calls total in the process. The first step was a short call with a recruiter. The second step was a 30-minute call with one of the SDR managers. Before the third call, there was a mock sales email assignment to complete, given about a week to do so. The third and fourth calls (back to back) were with a current SDR and an Enterprise Sales Manager. The fifth call was with the VP of Sales. All the calls were very conversational as the company just wanted to get to know you and how your experience, personality, etc. would add to the mission of Postclick. I heard back from the recruiter at the end of the workday, following the fifth call, that I was going to get an offer from them. The Sales Manager also reached out to me to further explain the compensation plan following that interview. I received the offer via email a few hours following these calls.
