Posse Foundation Program Coordinator interview questions

There are three rounds. The first is a group interview. The second is individual and the final round is a behavioral assessment. They give you a scenario and you have to write in essay format how you would respond

Virtual group interview with about 20 other candidates. The first part was them providing information on the organization and the opportunity. They then broke us up into break out rooms. You had about 30 seconds to reply to their question before it was another candidates turn.
