The first round was a group interview with nearly 30 other interviewees. If you are not familiar with Posse and their process, this may be a bit off-putting. Fortunately, I am a Posse Scholar, so I was very familiar with the exercises they were using. We went into breakout rooms and answer timed questions about who we are and how we work. It was a fun experience overall.
