Had a group interview with avg 30 people, completed group tasks and went through a slideshow on expectations and history however all the interactions and activities in the session felt completely purposeless as we hadn’t introduced ourselves or wore name tags etc so there was no way of identifying who engaged well with others. We then were pulled in for a one to one interview in which I had to speak to someone who clearly could not understand English and there was a significant language barrier to the point he couldn’t even make notes on what i was saying which he was supposed to do so my interview became pointless. The only interview questions he asked was my availability which he didn’t understand what I was explaining I had to correct what he wrote down and also he asked if I would “stay until 2” referring to staying until 2am to help clean which I felt uncomfortable with and shouldn’t expected to do under 18 .

I participated in a 15-minute face-to-face interview where I was asked typical questions, including “Tell me about yourself” and “What do you know about Popeyes?” along with a few additional follow-up questions from the interviewer.
