Polymatica interview questions

Is not a serious company, I've had 3 interviews: with the UX Manager, with the Front End Developer & with other UX Designer. After this 3 interviews I've got the job offer from the UX Manager telling me that I will get a perm contract with XXX Salary & Benefits. 3 Days after she told me that she cannot hire me without giving me a reason. Apparently the reason is that they didn't have all the documentation to set up the company in Spain. They just have freelancers hired in a coworking space. Unfortunately was waste of time.
