Polaron Solartech interview questions

1. Call with HR rep was amazing, they were on the ball, knew a ton about the job and was able to answer all of my questions. 2. Sales Manager, almost 30min late to the interview, un-prepared, had no questions for me and I had non for them since HR did such a great job. I was borderline over qualified for the job or atleast the perfect fit on paper, was told they would get back to me after the round of interviews. Next morning received an automated 'you were not selected' email.
