Very well structured, focused on understanding the candidate. I was especially impressed with how organized they are when weighing strengths and weaknesses of candidates. I also really liked that I get to meet a lot of different team members throughout the process.

The interview process was fast (2 weeks). I had regular updates about the current state of my application and the following steps. - A screening call with HR - An interview with the CTO - Technical interview with the Lead engineer - Meet the team and Culture fit interview with the CEO I also appreciated the follow ups after receiving the offer. My future manger called me to give me updates about what's new at the company, what are they working on ...

Question 1
I had basic SE knowledge questions about : - Frontend frameworks - SQL - Algorithms Then a coding test in pair coding with the Lead software engineer.
Had a call with one of the founders (the CTO), he didn't focus with me during the short video call and then when I asked for feedback or if they would like to continue or not he saw it and ignored replying :)
That was great though cause I found a better job.
