The interview was honestly pretty good. Glen is a great salesman. He can convince you to believe a lie. They sell you on the process being straight forward but it's anything but, Not to mention they say they'll train but the complete lack of structure is hard to deal with.

We got there looked more like a hiring event. They talked to us in a group then took everyone in individually. Once you got called for the actual interview you walk into a room with 4 managers stood in the middle of the room an talked. Questions like why should I hire you. Why do you want to sell cars. I was asked alot of questions about my college years. There looking for confidence an dont dance around you words an keep eye contact on everyone .
