Easiest interview process in dozens of interviews. It is normally a 3 interview process with initial HR screening, hiring manager questions, then panel interview. Panel interview is designed to be casual and I had a great experience, learned just as much about my interviewers as they did about me.

I first met with the recruiter. I was explained that I had to take an aptitude and personality test, and it was nice the sent over some resources to study beforehand. After passing, I had a brief interview with the hiring manager, then my final interview was a panel interview which also included a scenario in which I had to prepare for.

The process was really seamless. The recruiter was extremely helpful, punctual and kind. She deserves a raise. Steps: 1. An intro to Pluralsight to air things out and get a feel. 2. Connect with the hiring manager. 3. Testing/ draft quality email assignment. 4 . Reconnect with managers+ role play 5. Response on a yes/no

Interview
It was surely a learning experience that required a lot of preparation. It consisted of a phone interview, 1st zoom interview, and 2rd and final zoom interview. This is by far the interview process for which I needed to prepare the most, but it was also the most rewarding.
