My TA process was amazing, with the most professional, articulate, responsive and respectful recruiter. First there was a 30-45 min session with her, then an online assessment, 15 min with plenty of prep options provided. I was very close to the cutoff score, so I was permitted to take it a second time and made the cut. My situation was unique in that I have a job offer already and while the recruiter attempted to work with me on the timeline, the hiring manager let me know she would not be able to move forward with interviews until she met with everyone else. Due to the competing offer, a lot of competing scheduling issues, and learning that this strategy leadership role has minimum to no interaction with clients (whereas I draft and execute strategy based on constant customer feedback and I sensed I wouldn't have that opportunity in this role), I withdrew my application. The experience was great though! Always make sure to ask if there are any hesitations the hiring manager has about you, as this is where this critical component came to light for me. Bravo Pluralsight - keep up the amazing candidate experience!
