      Content Quality Architect Interview

      11 Apr 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Pluralsight in Mar 2022

      Interview

The interview process moved along at a relatively normal speed, at least initially. There was very minimal communication from the recruiter. A zoom meeting with hiring manager and coworkers. A request to complete a technical challenge assignment. Several days with no communication. I sent the recruiter a few emails a few days apart with no response. There were 2 different recruiters initially working with me. Neither of them ever offered a phone number, and neither were responsive to emails. About a month after I was initially contacted about the position, a new recruiter was taking over for the position. Even less communication and rarely responded to emails. FINALLY, 6 weeks after the process started, I was able to coax an email response from recruiter with the decision: "Unfortunately they're moving forward with other candidates." If you have a family to support and are looking for work, you might want to look elsewhere. I felt the company had no respect for applicants and the lack of communication was simply embarrassing. I was grateful not to get an offer because I could only assume the entire company consisted of the same type of individuals I had been working through for six weeks and I couldn't handle working in that kind of environment.

      Content Quality Architect Interview

      5 May 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pluralsight in Apr 2022

      Interview

The first interview over the phone was with the recruiter. He was very easy to talk with and very communicative the entire interview process. Then there is a cognitive test. This is followed by two other interviews and a challenge.
