At Plural Strategy, we always provide constructive feedback to candidates following an interview, and if you apply through a headhunter, any updates regarding interview scheduling or final decisions are typically communicated through them. They are also responsible for passing along feedback to assist with your ongoing job search.
While it is very rare for us to cancel an interview, there are occasions where interviews are conducted over multiple days. If, after the initial interview, it becomes clear that we will not be moving forward due to performance-related concerns, we communicate this promptly to avoid taking up more of your valuable time along with feedback. I’m sorry that, in this case, the headhunter did not relay this information as clearly as expected.
