Pretty straight forward process over a few weeks. First is the initial phone call, then there's a test you have to pass, and finally a panel interview with the managers.

After being recommended for the job by a staffing agency it only took about a week to be interviewed. The EDI manager at the time was very laid back and asked that I dress in casual clothing (I doubt that this is still the case now since this particular manager is gone). The whole thing was very informal and actually pretty pleasant. I don't remember being asked any questions that didn't just seem part of a normal get to know you conversation.
