Interview
After submitting examples of teaching resources, I was offered an interview with Plan Bee.
The interview was in two parts, firstly an informal chat with the company director, Becky. Becky was very professional, easy to chat to and passionate about her company. She asked questions about planning and why I wanted to work there.
The second part was a practical planning session with another team member, planning an outline of lessons for an English unit.
