I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pivot Learning Partners in Jan 2018
Interview
The hiring manager reached out less than a week after I had applied. There was no time for me to ask questions during our 30 minute phone call. I wish I had an opportunity to learn more about the company.

Interview
First a phone screening, then a call with the hiring manager. The latter took around an hour and the former took about 30 minutes. It was difficult to get a handle on what the job was about - it was much different than the job description posted online. I was confused because it was clear they were looking for someone who had extensive data management experience. My resume and cover letter in no way depicted this. It was a disappointment which could have been avoided if they had effectively communicated what they were looking for in the job advertisement.

I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Pivot Learning Partners (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2014
Interview
Was brought in by a panel of reviewers who asked many thought provoking questions, but they did seem to be disorganized in their thinking. Got bad vibes from the CEO who seemed pretty full of himself. The people who would be reporting to me seemed a little scared and unsure.
