I interviewed for Site reliability engineering profile. .First round was technical where they asked basic things like overall experience,few questions on cloud and monitoring tool. Second round was managerial where he asked various scenario based questions.. And finally HR round which almost lasted for an hour.. She bragged about company alot like they have beast gender equality, matured policies bla bla as they are 100 years old company. I cleared all the rounds and they asked me to submit required documents for BGV. After submitting all the documents i recieved a mail out of the blue that my profile was reject and there was no reason mentioned.. I this this is what the HR ment by mature policies . Don't waste your time with this company.
