2 rounds was shortlisted. In 3rd round was scheduled twice however was cancelled and finally came to know that interviewer Ms Ankita Chaurasia has rejected the CV screen stating the Age and experience doesn't match. Where in as per the JD thr was no criteria of age and my profile was match as per the experience hence it had got shortlisted. She herself doesn't know the basic level of screening, wonder how is she is screening the CV for her clients
