Pathetic people.They themselves don't know where they stand in market but shows that they are too genius.Both father son has no sense of Recruitment.It just a waste of time.No values to employees.Conjusted place to work.no professionalism.Old systems.Never ever go for this company.

Worst company, cheap mentality, pathetic infrastructure, unprofessional atmosphere
I was interviewed at pioneer financial in last week at their chandivali office, during the initial call their recruiter lied to me saying that it was an IT company with the head count of 400 employees. But when i went there for f2f interview I found that it was a bluff. This is an small size consultancy with the head count of 10 employees. Their office is run in small shop kind of a space with pathetic infrastructure.
