Interview
Recruiter Phone Screen - Take Home Assignment (web scraping) - 30 min hiring manager call - Superday with 3 rounds: technical and behavioral, fully technical, and only behavioral, final round is with CEO
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Pinwheel (NY)
Interview
Practical coding screen with two engineers. Despite excellent communication, solving the problem and walking through a solution, they're expecting perfection. You need to perform without skipping a beat and don't expect that any friendliness from interviewers translates to doing well. You need to have an answer right away without more than a few minutes to think, that's the "bar" apparently.

Interview
The interview process at Glassdoor took about a month and a half to two months and involved four interviews. Overall, it was not a great experience. The interviews were not enjoyable, and the company felt disorganized throughout the process. Management seemed disinterested and just pushed me along from one stage to the next without much transparency or communication. The final interview was a QBR presentation where they provided no real guidance, were a bit rude when questions were asked, and expected you to know an excessive amount of internal information without support. After being told I wasn’t moving forward, I respectfully asked for feedback and received none. It was disappointing, especially after the time and effort put into preparing for the interviews. Overall, the experience felt like they were going through the motions with no real intention of hiring.
