Interview
I interviewed with the hiring manager. The interview felt rushed and he was annoying. He was not interested in knowing my background or my transferrable skills. He asked me questions to test my knowledge of Pinterest advertising as if I was a senior member of the team with 5 years in the role (the role I applied was entry level). It seems unrealistic that every candidate needs to know everything about the platform for just an interview. You should check my knowledge in digital advertising, market knowledge and transferrable skills including stakeholder management, relationship and sales skills. Once hired, you do training to learn Pinterests solutions. It seems just a matter of whether you click with the interviewer or not, hope the whole company is not like this.

Question 1
What Pinterest's lower funnel solutions would you recommend to a client?
Recruiter screen went very quickly, so quickly I could not tell whether I did well or not. She didnt ask any follow up questions, so I couldnt tell how she was assessing me or not either.
