Phone Screen Phone Interview with Hiring Manager On site - 5 1v1 interviews, 45 min each - Analyst tested SQL knowledge - Another tested analytical thinking with questions about value of different metrics (% users repin in week 4 after signup) and what could explain changes in those metrics over time (saturated user base, different user behavior in dev countries) - Cultural fit interview - Others asked about past experience and theoretical situations. Not particularly difficult but need to be prepared Overall, everyone was great and very nice, besides one interviewer whose vibe was a bit curt and impersonal. Felt unnecessary. Recruiter was very available and helpful. Process was relatively quick and never felt drawn out.
