I spoke with a recruiter over the phone. The recruiter rescheduled our first appointment after being in a meeting that ran late. During our phone conversation, I was cut off after less than 15 minutes and was never given a chance to ask questions. Despite that it sounded positive and the recruiter would follow up within a day. I never heard anything even after following up twice. Is that normal? To me it’s incredibly disrespectful....

Recruiter screen went very quickly, so quickly I could not tell whether I did well or not. She didnt ask any follow up questions, so I couldnt tell how she was assessing me or not either.

final round was very challenging - 6 people on call that were drilling in terms of challenging client questions. Up to then the other rounds were good. Ended up not getting the offer.
