My first introduction to Pinnacle was through the Talent Acquisition Manager – Mylieu Ha. The first time Mylieu and I spoke on the phone, she was able to establish a personal connection without an in-person meeting, which made the conversation more enjoyable than any interviews I had.
My second interview was with Gary Dean, Pinnacle's Engineering Manager. Although I was not chosen for the position I applied for, Gary and Mylieu still went the extra mile to share my resume with other teams in the company. This led to my final interview with Anita Kosowski – the HR Manager, and Charles Schalles, who eventually became my manager in Operations and Maintenance.
Throughout this hiring process, Mylieu would follow up with me with any updates, I enjoyed getting to know everyone during the interactions we’ve had, as I continue to do so in this role.
