I've been invited for an interview and nobody from the team showed up for the call. I withdrew my application. No way I was going to work for an agency who is so disrespectful of my time. Poor organization and lack of professionalism to say the least, not to mention that no explanation from them followed.

No question followed, neither did the explanation.
Videocall with one of the creatives of the team. Normal job interview plus we went through my portfolio real quick. After the interview I didn’t hear back from them at all.
