Thorough interview where I was asked a lot of questions regarding what I would do in various scenarios. I was asked about my strengths and weaknesses. I was also asked about my availability and anything that would make it hard to perform my job or come to work. I was asked about my continuing education as well as formal education. I was asked about how often I came to nursing meetings in the past.
