There was an initial screening interview for 30 minutes going over background and learning about the company.
For the second round several more 30 minute interviews with multiple teams. Final round was the final boss interview another 30 minute interview with the CEO.
Long process
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Pike13 (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Easy but interesting. Only took about a few hours. They asked questions about my background but I don’t remember everything specifically. A few people came in and interviewed me separately. It was clearly a start up and they needed help.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pike13 (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2018
Interview
Extremely disorganized company.
There's this 3 hour interview process which was extremely horrible. There internet was extremely pitiful, they asked to write code in a shared google doc that clearly was not working. I spent more time trying to hear what they're saying as opposed to actually answering the questions.
Certain questions could have been answered and more clarity could have been revealed simply if their own tech was working.
