I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Pieces Technologies in Jan 2020
Interview
The first interview was with another Product Manger at Pieces. The second interview was with the Vice President, CEO, and the same Product Manager from the first interview. The final interview was with the President. The interview was very casual and I had some great conversations.

Question 1
I noticed you don't have any healthcare related work on your resume, how will you handle learning more about the industry?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Pieces Technologies (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2019
Interview
1st Round :: Google Hangout Interview
The dude showed up to the interview, and started asking me about Angular, I told him that I've no Angular experience, and he didn't take it nicely, he asked me about my experience without any follow question, and suddenly he threw a question on the chat and asked me about the output, I've to admit that I answered the question wrong, but part of it was related to the not-welcoming space the dude created, he's definitely didn't what he was doing, his interviewing skills are almost zero, I interviewed a lot of people in the last couple of years, and my team and I always focused on what candidate knows, and we walked them through the problem, also discussed the possible solutions with them.
The second question was an algorithm question, according to their email and I'm pasting what they sent to me "Feel free to think out loud, this helps us understand how you have broken the problem down. It doesn’t matter whether it’s correct path or the incorrect one"
So I took their words seriously, and tried to engage the dude in the solution process, I gave him 2 solutions for the problem and explained the complexity of each solution, and he literally said "you are supposed to figure it out" , I told him that if we were working as a team, I would ask him for his feedback, he didn't like that, he didn't like that I was asking him question, he wanted to sit down and watch.
The interview told it all about their environment in the company.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pieces Technologies (Dallas, TX)
Interview
There were two phone interviews. Both of them involved coding (Google Hangouts) using IDE / Editor / Language of your choice. Then, I was invited to on-site interview at Dallas.
The on-site interview had four rounds (Mostly 2-3 whiteboard coding problems). The problems were mostly on backtracking and basic DS. I managed to arrive at decent solutions for most of them.
The development team were very friendly and professional. The last round was with company's CTO. He seemed very amiable and knowledgeable. But, by the end of day, I was mentally exhausted and couldn't do well on some basic stuff.
Overall, the process took around one month but it was totally worth it as I got to talk with some really professional people who seemed to know what they are doing.
