I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Phoenix Initiative (Philadelphia, PA) in Sept 2016
Interview
They tell you a lot about goals and that they dislike sales people. There aren't many questions asked about who you are or what your skills are. Most of the interview was spent with the interviewer trying to sell the company. Instead of discussing the company or what the job entailed, the goals of different employees and of the interviewer were discussed. I was reminded they dislike sales people most of the interview and that no one in the company stays long. I was told during the interview most people only stay until they make a certain amount of money for their actual life goals.
I also was asked to come in for a second interview before it was mentioned the sales position was door to door.

Interview
Apparently this company has changed its name to Phoenix Millennium now. I applied for a customer service representative position, and was immediately to told that I'd be selling Verizon door to door. I reminded the interviewer that I had applied for a customer service position and was told that is what customer service is.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why do you want to work. It was the only question that was asked before going into how much the company makes.

Interview
The job interview itself was very short but the job description took another hour or two. During the interview I was asked a set of standard interview questions. As soon as I was done with my list of questions I was introduced to another guy who told me about the job and salary. The job is all about going from door to door and sell either Verizon or something similar. It's 100% commission based and hours are insane.
The interviewer was relatively rude and made me feel uncomfortable and rushed. I understand that they interview a lot of people every single day but it doesn't mean that candidates should be treated with disrespect. Absolutely horrible experience!
