Interview
It was personable, but professional. Most everyone in the industry knows each other, so there was some familiarity with the people I interviewed with. The interview was more a process discovering each others wants and expectations, more fact-finding than interviewing, which was nice. I didn't feel like I was subjected to an inquisition.
