The process included an initial manager call followed by two on-site interviews. I was asked to walk through key research projects, especially focusing on drug delivery, in vitro work and in vivo work. One round involved a presentation on my PhD project, followed by technical and scenario-based questions. The interviewers were professional and focused on both scientific depth and problem-solving skills.

Very cordial: a working lunch, and then a live presentation to CEO and management. Following that I sat down for a discussion with CEO and he discussed what they could offer me. It was all very promising
