Pfizer Ireland Graduate Program interview questions

Firstly submit CV and answer a few questions, then invited to complete psychometric tests which were probably the easiest out of all companies that I personally applied for graduate programmes within. Next was a group scenario through zoom due to covid restrictions where we were given a scenario and asked to form a presentation together. The final step was an interview with two employees that lasted about 30/35 minutes. The questions were mainly based on how you would react to certain situations or skills that you have. They were very specific and had I not prepared I would definitely struggle to answer any on the spot

5 stage process 1) CV and Cover Letter Screening 2) Online Question Assessment 3) Online Aptitude Test ( Numerical, logical etc) 4) Online Group Exercise 5) Online Interview with HR and Team Rep
