Pfizer Ireland Process Operator interview questions

First there was a 10 minute phone interview this was relatively easy. it was just simple questions about the company etc, then a series of aptitude tests at a later date and then a 45 minute in person interview.

As per usual, got the interview over phone call ( 10 mins total) asked some basic questions about the company. All these questions are already listed here by others. Was then invited to their Newbridge plant for the assessment day. It consisted of three parts. Group Discussion ( where they give you and a small amount of other candidates a scenario) As a group you are judged by how you interact with one another Second was a personality test where you are simply answering yes or no questions. Lastly you get to do 5 different mini iq tests which are designed to test your numerical, verbal and spacial/visual abilities. We were told at the end of assessment that someone will be in touch with everyone in relation to the outcome in next few days weather we get to the next stage or not. no one made any contact with me in regards to the next stage
