Interview
Interview conducted directly with owner after providing resume. Most of the interview was conducted in a small office, after a tour of the main building. The tone of the interview was generally friendly and questions were encouraged. Formal employment offer was extended in relatively small time interval after the interview process and required relatively little paper work.
