Petchey Academy interview questions

Applied for the job and was called back the same day! For an interview the next day! Arrived at 7.45am, appointment was for 8am, was seen at 8.25am! Was spoken to once that the head teacher is 'coming'. Interviewed by the headteacher and Business HOF. On the spot the HT asked me to teach KS5 Business at 1.30pm after their lunch though I was prepared for KS4 I agreed. They left me in the careen for hours! They promised to give me a lap prop to prepare and research my additional 30mins observation that failed! From their break so I sat down roughly for 3 hours with nothing! After my KS5 Business observation they said they will not do a student panel anymore with me as I have been in all day! They will contact me. This as been another battle they refuse to call me answer my calls and my emails! I have received no feedback or anything a complete disgrace! They were all rude and very dismissive and I am happy not to work with this organisation! Unorganised! We are now in July 2017! Before half term! The whole of half term and after! Disgrace!
