The experience was highly unprofessional from Personatech. There was no communication/invite from the company about the interview. I went to the office based on the communication from the friend who referred me on WhatsApp. Even though my interview went well, I was briefed about the role, took tour of an office, I did not ever hear back from the Manager who took my interview. After multiple followups from my friend, I got to know that I was rejected. No feedback. No discussion. No closure. At all. Personatech should respect professionalism and value time, efforts, expectations of the interviewer too. Don't keep the hopes high from Personatech.
