I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Persado in Nov 2021
Interview
I spent two hours studying for the online assessment and then took it (the email said it would take 25 minutes, but it took an hour) while being monitored through my laptop camera the whole time. The test itself is riddled with grammatical errors and has multiple questions where you just answer if two images are the same or different. It's extremely degrading, as the other reviewers said. One of the interviewers said I did really well but I didn't even get to see my own results. Then I went through a 30-minute phone interview, two 30-minute Zoom interviews, and a final hour long Zoom interview, all just to be rejected with a generic email a week after they said they'd get back to me. Everyone I spoke with was nice and affirming, but that almost made the rejection worse because I thought everything was going well. It was overall just a huge waste of time and I sincerely hope they don't make every applicant go through all of these hurdles for nothing because it's hard enough searching for a job right now as it is.

Interview
I submitted an application online and within 24hours received an invitation to complete a 30-40 minonline assessment to determine if you are a good fit for the role .
The test is provided by Bryq and it wasn't difficult. You have 7 days to complete the assessment.
2 weeks later I was contacted by a senior recruiter to complete a 30 min telephone interview. This was not difficult and informative.
I then had an interview with one of the Directors of Customer Success 5 days later. My interview process ended here. Within the first 10 minutes of the interview he and I both knew that the role was not for me.
The director stated that although the role is listed as a Customer Success Associate, it is more so a project management. I received a rejection email same day.
The next steps per the recruiter would have been as follows Peer Interviews; Zoom Interview with an Executive, References, Offer.
Advice to potentials: Have examples of how you managed projects, be able to speak on those projects and also be able to speak on your marketing experience.

Interview
I took the assessment test at the beginning of November and forgot about the job. I did an interview with the recruiter, who was a bit rude and seem it seemed like she was asking the same questions over and over. When she asked what I wanted for compensation, which I answered, I heard the recruiter scoff.
