Interview
There was an initial phone screen with a recruiter from their HR department where we talked about the job description/requirements and salary, then an hour long Zoom interview with the hiring manager. I received a rejection the next day.

Mostly questions relevant to the job description, but the one that threw me was "Tell me about a time when you put in work on a project and your manager/supervisor let you know it wasn't what they wanted and sent you back to rework it, and how did you handle that?"
