PepsiCo Total Predictive Maintenance Manager interview questions

Interview was fantastic, very friendly people at their facility, their outside HR is not great. The representative I worked with did not seem to care much, got my name wrong multiple times, was very slow responding to questions. Overall, they were pushing me to accept an offer for 30% less than what was advertised, 22% less if you counted in the possible 12% bonus. The biggest red flag was the fact that they weren't going to tell me until after I accepted that the the regular work day was 10 hours 5 days a week. So after all that the extra money wasn't going to account for much working 50 hours a week instead of 40.
