I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Fresno, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Multiple phone interviews off the bat with HR personel. Very Friendly and asks you 4-5 situational based questions "tell me about a time you led a team" etc. about a week or 2 later I began a series of in-person interviews including a ride-along with sales associate and an interview with the current position holder. after all this, there was a 2-day interview process at company headquarters in SoCal where about 20 candidates were screened. After this I met with the Central Cal Zones Leader.
I applied online. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Springfield, MO) in Aug 2024
Interview
Very basic short phone interview, did not call at scheduled time and caught me during a run on a trail. There was a time zone difference by multiple hours causing confusion for the interviewer.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
Met at the college career fair and through that got an initial interview. After initial interview received a second interview a couple weeks later. This interview was easy with many questions about leadership and it ended up being my final interview. Great interview process not intimidating at all.

Tell me about a time where you led a diverse group of people?
Pretty relaxed and laid back. It still consisted of multiple people conducting the interview. Was done through zoom and not in-person. Could be do to just finishing up Covid policies
