Apply online on the pepsico website.
Have a phone screening with HR from head office.
Complete a little online aptitude test.
Invitation to group/panel interviews which also include a one on one with a senior manager and a two on one with human resource and senior manager.
If successful police check, medical and drug screening will follow.

The interview went very well. They gave us a walk through, were we practically learned how to do it in 1 day. I really like working for that company very much.

The interview was based on behaviour questions. After that, I did a medical and physical test and some online assessments. They checked my background profile and professional references as well.

They held a job fair and take a interview of applicators. If they pass the interview then they send them for first exam . If we pass this exam then then send for next process. After passing that we are selected for job.
