Interview
It was a total of 6 rounds - 1. Initial connect with Talent aquistition team - which in my case was a third party engaged by PepsiCo 2. 3 online interviews followed - 2 were a mix of technical and program/delivery, 1 was primarily focused on leadership 3. One final in person round where 3 folks (all who interviewed online) sat face to face and discussed lots of on ground scenarios. Learnt a lot of challenges and opportunities team is facing on ground. 4. Final connect with HR person

Interview
Good, structured and clear interview process, engaged well till onboarding, TA team was very approachable and prompt in query resolution. Overall quite a positive experience that gives confidence to the new joiner about a positive organization culture.

Comprising overall message: It was Warm , Interactive, Engaging. Regular feedback were given at expected intervals. Information regarding business priorities and role expectations were shared in detail. Assessment test as well as interviews had many thought provoking situations.
