Interview
It is important that you raise the evaluation of those who truly worked hard for the good of the group and lower the evaluation of those you perceived did not work as hard on group tasks. These scores will be used to assess individual’s Group Maintenance grade relative to the overall performance of the team.
Initial call with a junior talent executive based in the UK. I decided to decline the role and move forward because it was unsuitable for me at this point in time.
It was great experience. Both the interviewers were very friendly and helped out in the scenarios where I was getting stuck. Unfortunately they were expecting a higher level of technology experience, so I couldn't make it.

Interview
Good overall. Happy with the experience. 40 min technical interview. It was a positive experience with good and helpful recruiters. They aided with the process and answered all questions. Very nice company and people.
