The process took 3 months. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Somers, NY) in Feb 2010
Interview
This is the worst company when it comes to showing courtesy towards the candidates. They have no value for the candidates time and money. Will make promises of on-site interviews and never even bother to respond to multiple e-mails and voice mails. Most of the hiring is internal so will never mention that the hiring for the post is completed but will keep you hanging by saying that you are in consideration for a different position. For a company with such an image this approach is totally unprofessional.
Easy interview
Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2021
Interview
Was a very long process and they ended up not actually having the position available, which was super disappointing for me. Job shouldn't be up if not available to the public.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (State College, PA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Applied through a university career fair. I was told to go online and apply on their website for the management and operations intern position. I received an email asking for an interview two weeks later. The night before my interview I was invited to meet with my interviewer to ask any questions that I may have going into the interview.
