Interview
First interview was on campus with campus recruiter, and got offered second interview very soon after. The second interview was at their regional office and was an all day long process with about 6 other candidates. The day consisted of two 2-on-2 interviews, a tour, and a lunch break.
It was not too hard of a process, asked basic behavioral questions. it was a couple rounds but nothing tehcnical, wanted to see how you work with conflict and in team settings
It was very connecting, questions werent difficult and it flowed well. The interviewer was very nice and she made me feel comfortable. She was younger which matched up with me as I am young as well
