Had a phone screening call. After Screener said he would contact me in 4 days its been two weeks. and doesn't respond to my follow up emails. Would be nice if they would just say I don't have the job or at least what the status is.

The interviewer was kind and accommodating. It was over Zoom. All questions were behavioral. There is a second round of interview, I am waiting to hear back. The questions and general questions were good.

A long and drawn-out process with situational job questions. 4 interview rounds including phone screening by a recruiter, an interview with the hiring manager, an assessment interview followed by a final interview with the Plant Director and HR.

Interview process was extremely long and tedious. The entire process took about two months in total with three different interviews. First interview with hiring manager and second with hiring manager as well as HR. Questions were straight forward.
