Interview
I went through a phone screening then 2 separate zoom interviews. The phone screening was only 10 minutes and the two interviews were about 30 to 45 minutes each with different employees for both zooms
CV and Cover Letter, followed by telephone interview and assessment centre. It was very competitive so would recommend sending application early and getting experience within FMCG industry. Good Luck to all!

Interview
2 Interviewers; 1 previous intern and 1 hiring manager. The hiring manager did most of the talking and asked only behavioral questions. They started off with a introduction of themselves, what they're looking for at PepsiCo and what they are doing. The previous intern didn't seem very happy.
