Had the entry level screening process, but got ghosted after seemingly good conversation. Wrote follow up emails but never heard anything back, had a negative experience. The recruiter seemed to be disinterested in all follow up questions during the phone call.

The interview was a long process, met with a few supervisors and the senior manager. It is more of a personality test, than a skills interview. They want to see how you work with their team.
